1. Who can take part?
- You need to have opened a new Virgin Money M Account for Business Trades between 10:00 on Thursday 5th June 2025 and 23:59 on Friday 31st October.
2. How do you take part?
- You will receive an email from Virgin Money within seven days of opening your account containing a unique code and directing you to www.m-account-freecoffee.co.uk to register.
- You must enter your unique code, name and email address within 30 days of receiving it.
- Once registered, you will receive an email containing a unique link to claim your first £4 Costa Coffee eGift card.
- Once you click on the unique link you will be directed to a page to claim your Costa Coffee eGift card. You will then receive an email containing a unique link to Prezzee UK to download your Costa Coffee eGift card.
- You must access the same link every month to claim all 12 Costa Coffee eGift cards (only 1 per 30 days).
- The Costa Coffee eGift card will contain a QR code which you can use in-store at point of purchase to receive £4 off your in-store purchase.
- There are 1,000 unique codes available. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.
3. Who will receive the gift?
- Costa Coffee eGift cards will be awarded on a first come first served basis. As long as you qualify for the eGift card, you’ll receive it as set out above.
- One offer per customer, even if you open more than one M Account for Business Trades.
4. What is the gift?
- This gift is 1 x £4 Costa Coffee eGift card every 30 days for 12 months. 12 x £4 Costa Coffee eGift cards in total.
- If you receive the gift, you can't change it for anything else, including cash. Also, you can’t give your gift to anyone else (…why would you want to?!).
5. What else do you need to know?
- It is your responsibility to claim your 1 x £4 Costa Coffee eGift card every 30 days. Any eGift cards that are unclaimed after 30 days will be lost and cannot be reissued. We’ll use your personal information to help us run this promotion. You can find out more about how we use your personal information at https://uk.virginmoney.com/security/.
- The Costa Coffee eGift card is subject to Costa Coffee’s full terms and conditions, including non-participating venues here.
- Only English law applies to this promotion.
- If something goes wrong, we’ll try to fix it. If we can’t because it’s something we can’t reasonably control, or it’s not our fault, then we may have to make changes to this promotion. This includes suspending or ending it early. We can make such changes without giving you notice. However, we’ll try our best to avoid making changes. And we’ll try to minimise any disappointment to you when we make changes.
- On the odd occasion, disputes happen in relation to promotions. We really hope to avoid them! If any problems come up, we will try to resolve them quickly. We’ll make the final decision in relation to any issues relating to the running of this promotion.

7. Costa Coffee eGift Card Terms & Conditions
- The first 1,000 eligible customers will have access to 12 x £4 Costa Coffee eGift cards.
- Each Costa Coffee eGift card is worth £4. Costa Coffee eGift cards can be redeemed at participating Costa Coffee stores in Great Britain.
- Each Costa Coffee eGift card will expire after 30 days. If you do not spend the entire balance on the card within the 30 day period, the remaining balance will be lost. When spent in store, the remaining balance is shown on your printed till receipt.
- eGift cards cannot be stacked and a maximum of £4 can be used at any one time.
- The Costa Coffee eGift card is not for re-sale, has no cash value, cannot be auctioned or exchanged and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The Costa Coffee eGift card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts. Unused, expired and redeemed Costa Coffee eGift cards cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned. - The Costa Coffee eGift cards cannot be used at Costa Coffee Express locations, Costa Coffee ‘Proud to Serve’ locations or in Northern Ireland. The Costa Coffee eGift cards can be used at participating Costa Coffee outlets in England, Scotland and Wales.
- They may be used to purchase goods of a higher price than the amount on the Costa Coffee eGift card, on payment of the difference.
- Cannot be exchanged for cash or used to pay for Costa Coffee retail products or outstanding card balances, to buy another gift card, eGift card, or to pay Clearpay instalments.
- Cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your statutory rights, for example in the event they are not of satisfactory quality.
